3. Enter the six-digit password for the simulator: “######” (this is the numerical serial
number with leading zeros to fill six digits. Example: JUN000125 = Password: 000125)
4. Locate Battery Storage Mode, then tap on the Enable button.

5. A popup window displays information about this feature. Tap on the Confirm & Enable
button to place the batteries in storage mode. The manikin will begin a safe shutdown.
Complete the storage preparation:
1. Quit Maestro.
2. Turn off the computer.
3. Remove the power plug from the manikin when it turns off.
4. Verify the Power Indicator no longer flashes blue every 30 seconds.
5. Place equipment into the storage box for safekeeping.
Store the manikin in the container the simulator arrived in and refer to the Unpack and Repack Manual
(this document also was included when the simulator was shipped). Do not stand the container on its
side with the manikin stored inside for long periods of time. The shipping container is approximately
2 feet (61cm) by 6 feet (183 cm).
Juno supports storage up to twelve months. After that period of time, the user will need to charge the
simulator again.
To charge Juno after storage, plug the AC adapter back into Juno to remove the batteries from storage
mode. The software will automatically turn the batteries back on and start the charging process.
Note
: Prior to using the manikin again, ensure it reaches room temperature.
