DRIVER INFORMATION CENTER
CONTROLS

The Driver Information Center (DIC)
provides information on many of
your vehicle’s systems and, when
necessary, displays various warnings
and messages. All messages will
appear in the DIC display located at
the bottom of the instrument panel
cluster, below the tachometer and
speedometer. The DIC activates
automatically when you start your
vehicle. 

The DIC controls are located on the
instrument panel, to the left of the
steering column.

Press this button to scroll through

the various information displays,
including fuel range, fuel
economy, fuel used, average
speed, timer, battery voltage, tire
pressure (if equipped with tire
pressure monitor), engine oil life
(if equipped), and digital speed
display (if equipped).

Press the top of this button to

scroll through the various
odometers. Press the bottom of
this button to reset each trip
odometer back to zero. 

Press this button to reset certain

DIC features and to acknowledge
and clear DIC warning messages
from the display. 

Press this button to change the

display from English to metric.

Uplevel DIC Systems (only)

Uplevel DIC systems also include a
Head-Up Display (HUD) control.
(Also see “Reconfigurable Head-Up
Display” earlier in this guide.) 

Press the top or bottom of this

button to direct the HUD image
up or down on the windshield.

Use this knob to adjust the
brightness of the HUD image.
Press the center of this knob until
it releases and then pull it out to
the second detent; turn it to the
right or left to increase or decrease
brightness.

Press this button to scroll through

the various odometers. Press and
hold the button to reset each trip
odometer back to zero.
