Cleaning
Clean the accessory equipment thoroughly on a regular basis.
Dirt attracts moisture and leads to rust formation.
Lubricate the accessory equipment after cleaning it, especially
after using a high pressure sprayer / steam cleaner or fat-
dissolving cleaners for cleaning.
Observe all legal regulations on handling and disposing of
cleaning agents.
Touch up damaged paintwork if necessary.
Monitor hydraulic hose lines with particular care.
Never use gasoline, benzene, petroleum or mineral oils to treat
hydraulic hose lines.
Cleaning with high pressure sprayers / steam cleaners
Make sure to observe the following steps when using a high pressure
sprayer / steam cleaner for cleaning:
do not clean electrical components such as the control panel.
never clean any chrome-plated components,
never point the cleaning jet of the high pressure sprayer / steam
cleaner directly to the lubrication and bearing points,
always maintain a minimum distance of 300 mm between the
cleaning jet of the high pressure sprayer or steam cleaner and
the accessory equipment,
observe the safety regulations on how to handle steam pressure
sprayers.
