Unable to Play CD

•  No disc in the tray
•  Disc not loaded properly
•  Disc is dirty

•  Insert a compatible disc
•  Check the disc loaded
•  Clean the disc

Static/Burbling Sound (radio)

•  Poor reception

•  Re-locate the antenna

Unit switches off after 20 

minutes of inactivity

•  Auto standby mode in operation

•  This unit is designed to enter 

STANDBY mode automatically after 
20 MINUTES of inactivity . Press the 
STANDBY button to wake the unit .

No USB playback

•  No compatible files present
•  USB device is formatted 

incorrectly

•  USB device damaged

•  Add compatible files (MP3 only)
•  Format the device in FAT16 /32 format 

only

•  Replace the USB device

Bluetooth sound is 
interrupted or distorted

• The unit is near to a device that 

generates electromagnetic
