Basic troubleshooting before contacting service

- Oven does not turn on.

- Hot plate does not heat up.

- Power is turned off.

- Ensure the electrical connections 

are operational an that the 
switches are set to open/on 
positions.

No heat or oven does not warm 
up.

- Oven temperature control is 

incorrectly set.

- Oven door has been left open.

- Check oven temperature control 

is set correctly.

- Ensure oven door is closed and 

avoid opening frequently during 
cooking.

Oven light dose not operate.

- Lamp has failed

- Electrical supply is disconnected 

or switched off.

- Replace lamp according to 

instructions on page 12.

- Ensure electrical supply is turned 

on at wall socket outlet.

Cooking is uneven within the oven. - Oven shelves are incorrectly 

positioned.

- Position shelves towards the top 

or bottom of the oven following 
cooking guidelines. The top of 
the oven will be hotter than the 
bottom.
