DESCRIPTION:
The device is set to the Operation-Complete-Query-Active-State (OCQAS).
In this state, the
device writes "1<CR><LF" to the output buffer after the
completion of an instruction.

DESCRIPTION:
The device is set to
a defined, initial state. Interfaces are not influenced here,
and the device remains in the remote state.

DESCRIPTION:
The Service-Request-Enable-Register is set.
