5 Operation
Set the cursor on “Data manager” and confirm with “ENTER”.
Set the cursor on “Statistic” and confirm with “ENTER”.
The Statistics function is only activated for the “Total fat” option
(total fat, butyric acid, factors, blank value butyric acid).
For the “fatty acids” option, the Statistics function is only
activated for software version V3.0 and higher. In this way,
statistics for the total fat content and the factor can be
calculated.
Device
In this row, the desired type of output unit can be selected
with “OPTION”.

”: Display of the data on the display; “Display” is
the default setting.

First/Last sample
Entry of the first/last sample number for the statistic interval.
Confirm each entry with “ENTER”. If the first and last sample
numbers are the same, the sample statistics will be calculated;
otherwise the calculation of the group statistics will be carried
out.
