3.4 SETTINGS
3.4.3 Day/night
Two different Exchange operating modes can be programmed:
DAY –
(assumes that there is an operator at the exchange).
The Exchange intercepts the
calls from the EP. The operator can filter the direct call to the apartment and only put it through
if he considers it appropriate;
NIGHT – (no operator at the exchange). The calls from the EP go directly to the apartments
involved.
DAY/NIGHT operation is active depending on how it is programmed.
To program:

define the mode of operation AUTOMATIC or MANUAL
●
define the EP whose calls are to be intercepted:
- only main entrance panel
ENABLE MASTER
- only some external stations ENABLE LIST
- all the external stations ALL ACTIVE
