3 USE
3.1 CALL AN EXTENSION
This function can communicate with one of the telephones connected to the exchange, if the extension
number is known.
Note : the selection must be made within 10 seconds of lifting the receiver; when this time has elapsed
you will hear the time-out tone and no other operations will be possible. After about 25 seconds, the
time-out tone stops and the telephone is excluded. To call again hang up and then lift the receiver.
Lift the receiver, you will hear the start dialling
tone.
Dial the extension number to be called (from
401 to 408 or 416 ).
If the telephone is free the caller will hear the
call control tone; to answer from the telephone
which is ringing just lift the receiver.
If the telephone is busy hang up or select the
auto-dial on busy (see relevant section).
