To delete your own
outgoing message and
re-instate the
pre-recorded outgoing
message via the base
unit
You can delete your
personalised outgoing
message and return to
your Freelance XC 500’s
pre-recorded outgoing
message.
First select the outgoing
message that you want to
delete.
Whilst your outgoing
message is playing press
the
DELETE
button on the
base unit.
The message will stop
playing and you will hear
a short beep, then the
default pre-recorded
outgoing message will be
played.
To delete your own
outgoing message and
re-instate the
pre-recorded outgoing
message via the handset
Pick up the handset.
Press the
button twice.
Press the
8
button.
The prompt will announce,
“To play outgoing message,
press 2”
.
Press the
2
button. The
selected outgoing message
that you wish to replace will
be played.
Press the
5
button to
delete it.
Whilst your outgoing
message is being played
you will hear a confirmation
beep, followed by the
voice prompt announcing
the default pre-recorded
outgoing message.
Press
and hold
the
DEL
button to return the
handset to standby.
