Handset display
Display shows you the name and number you have dialled
and status of the handset.
Talk button
Use to make, receive and end calls.
Menu button
Use to access and select the options in the menu.
Internal button
To make internal calls between handsets registered to
the base and to transfer an external call to an additional
handset.
Conference button
Allows you to hold a three-way conversation.
Recall button
For use with a switchboard/PBX and
BT Calling Features.
Also used to switch the handset on or off.
Keypad
Delete/Secrecy button
Use to delete digits entered incorrectly and numbers in the
Calls list. Also used to mute a call so the caller cannot hear
you talk to someone close by.
Volume button
Use to adjust the handset earpiece speech volume and
handset and base ringer volume.
Also used to access the Calls list, and scroll through the
directory, redial and calls list.
Redial/Pause button
To redial one of the 5 last numbers called.
Also used to enter a pause in a stored number.
Phonebook button
Use to access the 50 names and numbers stored in the
phonebook.
