Your BT Defender 100 doesn’t work – no indicator
lights, no dial tone
Check that it is plugged into the mains power and that the
power is switched on.
If there is a power failure, check that you have a fully charged
battery installed, see page 13.
You can hear your caller but they can’t hear you
Have you connected your headset to the supervisor’s socket
on the underside of the BT Defender 100? The supervisor can
listen in but not talk to your caller, see page 6.
The red indicator is flashing quickly
There is problem with your BT Defender 100.
