5. 1) Connect the clamp-style test probes to the rear microswitch.
2) Set the digital multimeter to resistance measurement.
3) Close the fold-down door by hand, press lightly on the distance gauges and
screw in the adjustment screw (to pull the safety switch towards the back
wall) until the safety switch opens.
Result:
(O.L / ∞ Ω appears on the display of the measuring instrument).
6.
Excessive tightening torque can strip the threading of the safety
switch!
► Use a torque spanner to tighten the screws.
Tighten the securing screws of the right safety switch.
7. Open the fold-down door.
8. Replace 2.4 mm distance gauges with 2.0 mm distance gauges.
9. Close the fold-down door.
Result:
The door switch must close (0 Ω appears on the display of the measuring
instrument)
