- Check that there is no dust in the clearance between the toner
cartridge and the drum unit.
- Replace the toner cartridge with a new one.
- Check the machine's environment. High temperature and high
humidity or low temperature and low humidity conditions can cause
this problem.
- Damp (wet) paper may be used. Change the paper with undamped
one.
- Replace the drum unit with a new one.
- Leave the machine for a while with the power switch ON.
