2.4.2 Analog Output
An analog output for each gauge is provided on the rear panel. See Figure 2-9. These are dc voltages
proportional to the logarithm of the pressure, scaled to 1 volt per decade: 0 volts = 1 x 10
-4
or less, Torr or
mbar, 1 volt = 1 x 10

, etc.
For pascal units, the analog output will be scaled to 0 volts = 1 x 10

Pa.
Internal offset adjustments are provided which allow a shift in the analog output at 10

Torr away from 0 volts
to anywhere in the range -7 to +1 V. This adjustment does not affect the slope of the analog output vs.
pressure curve. See Section 2.4 for adjustment.
