APPENDIX E - WARRANTY
Brom pton Technology Lim ited (”Brom pton”) warrants that its Products will be free from defects
in m aterials and workm anship for a period of two (2) years (”Warranty Period”) from the original
date of purchase and that any spare parts will be free from defects in m aterials and
workm anship until the end of the Warranty Period or 3 m onths from the date of which they
have been incorporated into the Product, whichever is the later.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. Brom pton’s obligations are lim ited to the repair of the defective part or, at its discretion,
replacem ent of the product or the defective part with a new product or part.
2. The warranty is only valid where Brom pton has received paym ent in full for the product
and the serial num ber has not been defaced.
3. It is the custom er’s obligation to notify Brom pton within one week of any suspected defect
and to return the product prepaid to Brom pton’s nom inated service address. Product will
only be received under warranty when they are returned with a recognised RMA num ber
that has been issued by Brom pton.
4. Warranty repairs m ust be carried out by a nom inated Brom pton em ployee or Brom pton
approved agent or service technician. No reim bursem ent will be m ade for repairs carried
out by non-Brom pton personnel or dealers, and any such repair work or dam age to the
product caused by such repair work will not be covered by this warranty.
5. Product is not considered to be defective in m aterials or workm anship by reason that it
requires adaptation to conform to national or local technical or safety standards in force
in any country other than the one for which the product was originally designed or
m anufactured. This warranty will not cover, and no reim bursem ent will be m ade for, such
adaptation or any dam age which m ay result. 6. This warranty covers none of the following:
1. Maintenance and repair or replacem ent of parts due to norm al wear and tear.
2. Cost relating to transport, rem oval or installation of the Product.
3. Misuse, including the failure to use the product for its norm al purposes or incorrect
installation.
4. Dam age caused by lightning, water, fire, acts of God, war, public disturbances,
incorrect m ains voltage, im proper ventilation or any other cause beyond the control
of Brom pton.
5. This warranty is valid for any person who legally acquired possession of the product
during the warranty period.
