Connect a PC or Mac running Tessera Remot e, Tessera Cont rol applicat ions or an
eDMX prot ocol direct ly t o t he local dat a Gigabit Et hernet port . The t wo port s
work as a swit ch t o daisy-chain unit s.
Local User Int erf ace
Tessera SX40 LED Processor can be operat ed locally wit h a monit or connect ed
via DisplayPort . Peripherals such as mouse and keyboard can be connect ed t o
t he USB port s on eit her t he f ront or rear panel.
HDMI Input
A HDMI 2.0 input wit h support f or digit al 4k progressive signal up t o 4096x2160
and f rame rat es up t o 144Hz (maximum pixel clock of 600MHz). See

Used f or analog bi-level or t ri-level sync.
12G-SDI Input
A 12G-SDI input is available. The SDI input s support s HD-SDI, 3G-SDI level A or
level B, 6G-SDI and 12G-SDI, 2SI f ormat ; SQ not support ed. 12G-SDI accept s a
progressive signal of up t o 4096 x 2160 resolut ion at 23.98Hz t o 60Hz
f ramerat e wit h 10 bit s per channel colour dept h.
Loop Thru Port s
All video input s and syncs have re-clocked loop t hru port s.
10 Gigabit Et hernet
Out put s
The Tessera SX40 LED Processor has f our 10 Gigabit out put s which can be used
by plugging a Tessera XD Dist ribut ion Unit t o dist ribut e t he signal. Fixt ures
should be connect ed t o t he Et herCON connect ors in t he Tessera XD Unit wit h
Gigabit Et hernet cable (Cat -5e or above). See

Thru
For DMX real-t ime cont rol.
On/ Of f Swit ch
The processor can be shut down f rom t he local int erf ace or remot e comput er.
No harm will result f rom t urning t he processor of f at t he swit ch.
IEC Mains Input
The input is aut o ranging f rom 100-250v/ 47-63Hz.
