Installation precautions
1. Determine the access route to the installation position.
2. To minimise damage, if possible, move the unit to the installation position with packaging intact.
3. Ensure all wiring is strictly in accordance with relevant local and national standards. Ensure that
insulation is in accordance with the standards, in case installation is on a metal part of the building.

4. Avoid installing this system in the following locations, it may cause a malfunction.
(if unavoidable, please contact Brivis):
A. There is mineral oil present (as in the oil of machinery).
B. Highly corrosive environments. (Near the coast)
C. Highly caustic environments or near sulfuric gas. (Near hot spring.)
D. Areas where the voltage may fluctuate greatly.
E. On a mobile apparatus, caravan, mobile home, boat, bus etc...
F. In a kitchen or laundry with an overly steamy environment.
G. There are strong electromagnetic waves present.
H. There are combustible gases or materials present.
I. Highly acid or alkaline environments.
J. Other especially corrosive or arduous environments.
Ensure sufficient room for installation and maintenance.
Ensure that the installation is of sufficient strength to withstand the weight of the unit.
Ensure that the air inlet and outlet are not impeded and are not affected by outside air
Position so that the unit can distribute air effectively throughout the room.
Ensure that refrigerant pipes and condensate drain are accessible.
Avoid direct radiation from any external heat sources.
