Step 10
ASSEMBLY
The Hinge Rod Assemblies (

) need to align against the
lower tubes (
69
) as illustrated.
Slide the 1/4” x 1-1/4” Round Head Screws (

) between the
hamper and lower tube (
69
), additionally running them through
the Hinge Rod Assembly (
70
).
The screw ends should be
pointing toward the center of the hamper.
Secure with 1/4” Lock Nuts (
20
).
NOTE: Do not over tighten Lock Nuts (20).
Spreader Bar Assembly should be able to pivot
freely after assembly.
The Hinge Rod Assembly (
70
)
should be aligned so that, when closed,
the ‘V’ points toward the open side of
the sweeper hamper.

Step 11
Secure each side with a Round Head Screw (

)
and Lock Nut (
20
).
The screw ends should be pointing
toward the center of the hamper, as illustrated here.
Note: Do not over tighten Lock Nuts (20).
Spreader Bar Assembly should be able to pivot
freely after assembly.
Align each Spreader Bar
Assembly (

) with the hole
closest to the top bend on the
Upper Side Tubes (

illustrated here.
