16 amps AC from stator to regulator-rectifier. Two
black leads from stator.

•

Yellow connector with two pin terminals.

•

Two yellow leads to regulator-rectifier.

•

One red lead from regulator-rectifier to white
connector (regulated, 8 amps + DC).

•

One black lead from regulator-rectifier to white
connector (unregulated, 8 amps – DC).

•

Quad circuit system uses the same stator as the
10, 13 and 16 amps regulated system.

•

Alternator output is determined by the flywheel
alternator magnet size.

FLYWHEEL IDENTIFICATION

Twin Cylinder Flywheels have a single ring of magnets
which provide the magnetic field for the various
alternator systems. There are three (3) sizes of flywheel
magnets. The size of the magnet determines the
alternator output, Fig. 8, 9 and 10.
