Foreword
These instructions make safe and efficient handling of
the twister possible (hereinafter referred to as "the
attachment"). The instructions are a constituent of the
attachment and must be kept at the storage location
of the attachment and be accessible to the user at all
times.
The user must have carefully read through and
understood these instructions before beginning any
work. The basic prerequisite for safe working is
compliance with all of the specified safety information
and action instructions in these operating instructions
and the instructions for the single-axle walk-behind
tractor (hereinafter referred to as "the main engine")
to which the attachment is coupled. The local accident
prevention regulations and general safety regulations
for the usage area of the attachment also apply.
The figures in these instructions are intended to
provide a general understanding, and may differ from
the actual version.
Use of any other kind shall be deemed to be
improper. Brielmaier Motormäher GmbH (hereinafter
referred to as the "manufacturer") assumes no
liability for damages resulting from such use. The risk
in cases such as this shall be borne solely by the user.
These instructions are protected by copyright.
Except for internal purposes, the handing of these
instructions to third parties, duplication of any kind,
including excerpts thereof, and the use and/or
communication of the contents are not permitted
without the written consent of the manufacturer. In
the event of any infringement, the user will be liable
to pay compensation for damages. The manufacturer
reserves the right to assert additional claims.
