Antipasto
makes 4-6 serves
2 bocconcini cheeses
125g Parmesan cheese
250g Csbai salami
2 firm Roma tomatoes
1 firm pear
Olives
Marinated artichokes
Marinated chargrilled vegetables (capsicum, zucchini, eggplant)
Basil leaves
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Place bocconcini cheeses into freezer until just
firm (approximately 30 minutes).
Assemble Wizz™ Food Processor using the
food processor bowl and insert the thin slicing
disc.
Slice Parmesan cheese using mid-range speed
then remove from the food processor bowl and
set aside.
Slice salami using mid-range speed then
remove from the food processor bowl and set
aside.
Reassemble Wizz™ Food Processor using the
thick slicing disc.
Slice tomatoes using mid-range speed then
remove from the food processor bowl and set
aside.
Slice bocconcini cheeses using mid-range
speed then remove from the food processor
bowl and set aside.
Just before serving peel, quarter and core the
pear then slice (pear will discolour if prepared
too far in advance).
Place olives, artichokes and char-grilled
vegetables into the centre of a large serving
platter. Arrange alternate slices of bocconcini,
tomato and basil leaves on the platter then
drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with balsamic
vinegar. Pile salami and arrange pear slices
onto the platter and sprinkle with sliced
Parmesan cheese.

guacamole
makes approximately 4 cups
3 large avocados, peeled and stone removed
1 small Spanish onion, peeled and quartered
2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons sweet Thai chilli sauce
200ml light sour cream
½ cup fresh coriander leaves, optional
Assemble Wizz™ Food Processor using the
food processor bowl and insert the
processing blade.
Place all ingredients into food processor bowl.
Process using a mid-range speed until smooth.
Spoon mixture into a serving dish. Cover and
chill until ready to serve.
Serve with vegetable crudités or corn chips.
