Chapter 2: Bed Cabinet assembly.
From the perspective shown, Cam fittings on the Toe Kick, Bottom Nailer and
Headboard should be facing up, and tighten from the top side. If assembling
vertically, these cam fittings should face the wall the Bed Cabinet will attach
to. Once assembled, cam fittings on these parts should
not be visible.

Slide
“Bed Cabinet Left Side”
into place as shown in Fig. 2C in
direction of arrow and tighten all cam fittings.
Attach “
Headboard
” and “
Bed Cabinet Bottom Nailer
” as
shown in Fig. 2D and tighten cam fittings. The Headboard will
normally sit at a slight angle.
STEP 3
Stand the Bed Cabinet upright
and against the wall at the
desired location. The Bed
Cabinet should be flat against
the wall. Keep at least a 1/2”
clearance on the sides to allow
for later adjustment.

During & after tipping up, do not apply upward pressure to any horizontal panels.
