acid in this field. A value of less than 2.00 mmol/l will be interpreted as citrate, a higher value as
acetate. If the tank configuration for this tank is visited again, the display will now show the right
acid according to these rules.
4.7.2 Batch history
The batch history can be accessed from the main menu via “F4”
>
“F2”. The current batch is always
displayed. Use the arrow keys to switch between batches.
Please note that the
ECOM
ix has a ring buffer with 300 positions. After position 300, the system
jumps back to position 1.
4.8 Protection of the system with simultaneous hot cleaning of the
permeate line
1. The water supply hose is made of heat-resistant material.
2. This material tolerates temperatures of up to approx. 90°C.
3. The temperature measurement of the density sensor is used to detect a temperature increase.
The permeate fed into the system always flows past the density sensor as a sidestream, allowing
the density sensor temperature measurements to be used for monitoring the permeate temperature
supplied. When the temperature exceeds 38°C, the solenoid valve of the water supply line closes.
The following text is displayed:
Figure 4.35:
Display: Stopping when excess temperature is measured
Wait for the end of hot water treatment:
Hot water can damage parts of the waterinlet.
The interrupted process will continue when the temperature of the water in the
supply tube falls below 35°C again and the Info key is pressed.
After you confirm by pressing the info key, the system returns to the interrupted process (filling or
rinsing).
