The
ECOM
ix will return to the main menu after approx. 20 seconds. Allow the water
to be drained completely. The automatic flushing operation cannot be interrupted.
In order to be able to use the security mechanisms of the ECOMix, the device
must be switched on. If the ECOMix is to be switched off for other reasons,
it may only be switched off from the main menu.
4.6 Filter change

The filters in the
ECOM
ix are intended for the filtration of 4 or 8
ECOC
arts. Before starting an
automatic production, the
ECOM
ix checks if the filter capacity has been reached. If necessary, a
request to change the filters is displayed. The user has to ensure that the filter is changed before
the process is continued with “F1”.

The
ECOM
ix uses two 20-inch filter cartridges: A coarse filter (left filter housing, 5 µm) and a
fine filter (right filter housing, 0.5 µm) for effective retention of solids during the transfer process of
the finished concentrate.
