WHITE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS
Ingredients for about 8 muffi ns
150g fl our 00
70g of sugar
baking powder n.1 teaspoon (about 10g)
40 grams of icing sugar
1 egg
10 cl of milk
50g butt er, melted
25g of dark chocolate
50 grams of white chocolate
Process:
Mount the egg with the vanilla sugar,
In a separate bowl, add the fl our, sugar, baking powder and dark chocolate (coarsely chopped), mix
well, then incorporate the milk, ‘beaten egg, in the end the soft ened butt er.
Stir again until all the mixture is homogeneous.
Warm up the oven right aft er lightly butt ered molds.
Arrange a fi rst layer in the bott om of the molds, lay a square of white chocolate and cover with
another layer of dough. Close cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
