DONUTS
Ingredients for about 28 donuts
Flour 00 gr 100
Sugar 100 gr
50 g butt er (melted)
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder (about 10g)
Grated orange peel
Process:
Install the eggs with sugar, add the melted butt er and grated orange peel.
When the dough is very fl uff y, add the fl our and baking powder.
Stir well until the mixture is very smooth.
Heat the oven well, with the help of a teaspoon and fi ll the base of the mold ring, close and cook
for about 8 minutes.
