BISCUITS (HEARTS)
Ingredients for about 21 cookies
Flour 00 gr 120
Sugar 120 gr
*Butt er (ointment) 120 gr
2 eggs
Grated zest of one lemon
Baking powder a teaspoon (about 10g)
* (To make the butt er in ointment just hold it a
‘hour at room temperature)
Process:
Beat the eggs with the sugar. When the dough is soft and creamy, stir in the butt er, mix well, then
add the baking powder and lemon zest.
Finish the dough incorporating the fl our, mixing well, to create a mass frothy and smooth.
Meanwhile, warm up the oven for about fi ve minutes.
When the oven is hot, with the help of a spoon or a pastry bag fi ll the molds for ¾ of their depth.
Close and cook for 10 minutes.
