Electrical connection :
Trolleys must be connected to an electric line with :
- Minimum section of 2.5 mm2 for the 2*8 temperature holding models .
The electrical connection must be made dependent on a highly-sensitive differential device that is protected against overcurrent.

rent.
All of the cart’s functions can be accessed directly via the touch screen.

USE
These devices are designed to ensure maintaining cold with a fan in one compartment using eutectic plates and hot with a fan in
the other compartment. Both chambers are neutral.

Hot transfer use
Cold foods must be at a temperature less than 3°C, and hot foods at a temperature above 70°C. The cart has to be turned on at least
1 h before it is loaded in order to refrigerate the cold compartment. The hot compartment can be turned on just before the hot food
is introduced. This is turned on directly by pressing the hot compartment button.
