CONVECTION”

element will operate and the convec on fan will be
ac vated. (The hea ng element will cycle ON and OFF to
maintain temperature.)

Temperature
Selector Knob
to the to set the
desired temperature.
5. Turn the
Timer Knob
to set the desired me. The mer
can be set for up to 60 minute and further to
“STAY ON”
mode. At the end of the cooking me, a bell signal sound,
and OTG turns off automa cally.
