(Starting Your Dishwasher, continued)
A. Select the Proper Wash Cycle
Dishwashing needs will vary from
household to household. Here are some
general guidelines that will help you select
the proper wash cycle for the best cleaning.
Remember, not every model of Bosch
dishwasher will have every available wash
cycle, so you should look to the Model
Features Chart on page 6 in this manual to
find out which cycles your model has.
The Regular Wash cycle will thoroughly
clean most normal, everyday loads having
loosely attached foods. More heavily soiled
dishware, and pots and pans with baked-
on, dried-on, or stuck-on foods will require
Scrub Wash or Power Scrub Plus, or they
may require soaking and hand-scouring. For
more lightly soiled dishware try Quick Wash.
A small load with normal soiling can be kept
in your dishwasher until you have enough
dishes for a full load by selecting the Rinse
and Hold Cycle. A small load can also be
placed in the top rack and given complete
washing by the Top Rack Only cycle. For
delicate or heirloom dishware and silver-
ware, or other special pieces, select
Delicate Wash, referring to the Materials
section on pages 12 and 13 of this manual.
For more information on the wash cycles,
turn to the Bosch Dishwasher Features
Description on pages 8 and 9 in this
manual.
