WARNING
Defective or incomplete connection of I/O signals
Possibility of reduction of safety of persons/systems, function
disturbances/restrictions!
Any user, line supplier, welding machine manufacturer and welding
gun provider is obligated to connect all output signals that
cause movements (such _as solenoid and prelift) in compliance
with the applicable safety regulations (e.g. ISO 13849) and to ensure
that risks to personnel are safely avoided!
Please note that electronic outputs are considered "unsafe" in accordance
with the safety regulations. For this reason, e.g. the gun
control must _be additionally protected by relays.
Also note the information concerning the effects of the I/O signals available
and concerning the status and error messages.
Make sure upon commissioning at the latest that all I/O signals
have been properly wired and are correctly transmitted.
Use e.g. ”two-handed start”, guards, light barriers, etc. to
minimize the risk of injury at the system.

All conductor cross-sections should be rated in accordance with
the installed load.
Make sure that the connecting cables cannot become detached
inadvertently.
Please note the maximum tightening torque for screws and terminals
specified in the technical data.
Please ensure that the contact areas are bare, i._e. free from
paint, plastic coats or dirt/oxidation.
Please ensure that the insulation of connecting cables is not
damaged.
