Signal word: Indicates the seriousness of the hazard
Type and source of danger: Designates the type and source of danger
Consequences: Describes the consequences of non-compliance
Precaution: Indicates how to avoid the danger

Warning sign/signal word
Meaning
DANGER
Identifies a dangerous situation that will result in death
or serious injuries if not avoided/prevented.
WARNING
Identifies a dangerous situation that could result in death
or serious injuries if it not avoided/prevented.
CAUTION
Identifies a dangerous situation that could result in minor
to serious injuries if not avoided/prevented.
NOTE
Indicates property damage: The product or the damage
can sustain damage.
