Reference Conductor Not Connected to the Protective Conductor
If the reference conductor (N, 0 V) is not connected to the protective conductor
system, then an appropriate ground fault detector must be used to prevent in‐
advertent power-up in case of insulation faults. Hence, the supply current circuit
is a SELV circuit. Please note that any additionally connected equipment might
also cancel the non-grounded setup.
