Installation
Check that the thread interlocks after one rotation at the latest.

If need be, lower the accumulator and screw it in manually until the end stop
f
of the thread. The end face of the port must fit tightly and completely to the
counterpart.
Lower the lifting gear further and make sure that the accumulator is fixed
f
firmly on the oil port.
Make sure that the accumulator is fixed in a vertical way.
f
Tighten the accumulator by means of an open-wrench key until it fits tightly.
f
Fasten the mounting clamps at the right positions.
f
Remove the lifting gear.
f
The bladder-type accumulator is now mounted.

following work steps:
Fasten the console at the right position.

Fasten the mounting clamps at the right positions.
f
Crush injuries and fractures!
Falling or rolling bladder-type accumulators may lead to severe injuries.
Use appropriate lifting gear for the lifting of the bladder-type accumulator.
f
For lifting the bladder-type accumulator, always use appropriate lifting gear.
f
Secure the bladder-type accumulator against unintended rolling.
f
Fix the bladder-type accumulator by means of appropriate lifting gear so as to
f
guarantee a safe support.
