Calibrating force sensor
6.1.1 Refrigerant scale
Procedure:
Before calibrating, remove the refrigerant cylinder from
the scales.
1. Connect mains connector.
2. Turn on ACS 500 at master switch.
Initial message appears.
3. Call up main "
Service
" menu.
4. Enter password:

5. Confirm password with <
V
>.
6. Call up "
Calibration
" menu item.
7. Select "
R14a
" menu item.
8. Confirm with <
V
>.
9. Set zero point with <
V
>.
10. Place 10 kg calibration weight on scale.
11. Confirm with <

Calibration weight query appears.
12. Use the keypad to enter the weight of the calibration
weight in grammes (e. g. 10000 g).
13. Confirm entry with <

After successful calibration, the message

Calibration OK
" appears on the display.
14. Acknowledge message with <

Procedure:
1. Remove electronic compartment cover. (see Section
9.1.1).
2. Connect mains connector.
3. Turn on ACS 500 at master switch.

8. Select menu item for the force sensor to be calibrated.
