Return the device to the basic position after
use. Place the slider at the top. The device can
no longer be pulled out.
ATTENTION:
The height-securing device BOOT may not be
‘wound around a structural element.
VERTICAL USE

If possible, the device must be positioned
perpendicularly above the head of the se-
cured person to prevent swinging in case of a
fall. When attaching the device, ensure that
it is possible to adjust it to different belt di-
mensions.

When positioned above the user, the clear
height below the user must be 2.0 m.

Once the device has been attached to the an-
chor point, the end of the extendible lanyard
(safety karabiner on the tape energy absorb-
er) of the BOOT must be hooked to the rear
arresting D-ring of the full body harness or
on the end of the rear D-ring extension.
ATTENTION:
The energy absorber always needs to be at-
tached to the full body harness and not to the
attachment point.
