Adjusting the fastening torque
CAUTION: To prevent damaging the tool or driving screws, be attention not to screw driving too
deep into the work piece. Release the trigger when you feel the clutch slip.
The fastening torque can be adjusted in 11 levels by turning the torque setting ring. Align the grad-
uations with the arrow on the tool body. You can get the minimum fastening torque at 1 and max-
imum torque at the marking. The clutch will slip at various torque levels when set at the number
1 to 10. The clutch does not work at the
marking.
(i) For light duty work, use lower settings.
(ii) For heavy duty work, use higher settings.
Proper setting for driving screws
1. Set the torque setting ring on the lowest setting to begin.
2. Try tightening the first screw. If the screwdriver drives smoothly, proceed with the next screw.
3. If the screwdriver's clutch slips, increase the torque setting and try again until the screwdriver
drives the screw without incident.

Automatic Spindle Lock
The Cordless Screwdriver is equipped with an automatic locking system. This feature will lock the bit holder in one position when the trigger, switch is released.
This will allow you to tighten or loosen a nut or screw by rotating the tool by hand with the switch off. This is convenient when higher turning torque is required.
Assembly
1. Screw bit 2. Sleeve 3. Hex bit holder
CAUTION: Always be sure that the tool is switched off before carrying out any work on the tool..
Installing or removing screw bit
Insert the appropriate screw bit, suitable for the intended application, into the hex bit holder. To
prevent slip or damage to the screw head, match the screwdriver bit to the head size and pattern.
Note: Use 6.35mm (1/4") hex bits only. Screw bits are a consumable item. Replace a worn screw
bit to avoid damaging the screw head or slipping out when driving.
To install the screw bit, pull the sleeve in the direction of the arrow and insert the screw bit into the
hex bit holder as far as it can go. Then release the sleeve to secure the driver bit.
To remove the screw bit, pull the sleeve in the direction of the arrow and pull the driver bit out
directly.
NOTE: If the screw bit is not inserted deep enough into the sleeve, the sleeve will not return to its
original position and the driver bit will not be secured. In this case, try re-inserting the bit accord-
ing to the instructions above.
NOTE: When it is difficult to insert the screw bit, pull the sleeve and insert it into the hex bit holder
as far as it will go. NOTE: After inserting the screw bit, make sure that it is firmly secured. If it comes
out, do not use it.
Charging
Note: over the course of the full charging cycle (approximately 5~7 hours (with External USB devices) or 2~3 hours(with single charger) , the battery capacity
indicator will progressively illuminate red through to green, indicating low to full charge accordingly. Before or during use, assess the charge level of the screw-
driver's battery.
1. USB Charging connection socket,
2. USB charging cable, 3. External USB
devices
