Child safety
The
child safety feature
is designed to prevent inadvertent switching on of the
cooktop. None of the cooking zones can be switched on while the
child safety
is
on.
Activating child safety
Ensure that both cooking zones are switched off.

Push in
the toggle of the left or right knob of the cooking zones and turn it for
minimum 5 seconds and maximum 30 seconds to the left (position

).

symbol is displayed on both cooking zone displays, indicating that
child safety
is activated.
Alternatively:

Push in
the toggles of the two knobs of the cooking zones and turn them both
to the left for minimum 1.5 seconds (position

Deactivating child safety
