In the case of faults you cannot fix yourself,  

contact your BORA specialist supplier or  

BORA After Sales Service.

The After Sales Service will require the type designation 

and the serial number of your device (FD number). This 

information is provided on the nameplate or on the back of 

the manual as well as on the device.
