5. Changement du caisson 

(page 31) :

Enlever les carters et le capot de
protection arrière.

·

 

Serrer au maximum le caisson et
faire sauter la courroie dentée (voir
page 20).

·

 

Enlever la poulie  26840502 (page
29).

·

 

Ouvrir le caisson pour faire
correspondre les têtes des axes
biellette caisson réf. 26811301 et les
vis tourillons avec les ouvertures
prévues dans le flasque.

·

 

Démonter d’abord les tourillons 6 x
16 qui maintiennent sur les parties
inférieures 25810421-25810411, la
goulotte de sortie  28870201;
démonter ensuite les axes biellettes
supérieurs G et D 26811301.

·

 

Enlever, en maintenant le caisson, les
axes biellettes G et D 26811301 qui
fixent celui-ci sur la biellette
inférieure 20851201.

·

 

Remontage en sens inverse en
prenant garde de ne pas introduire les
pattes 25810421 et 25810411 de
travers sur la biellette 20851201.

·

 

Soulever le caisson pour déboîter les
pattes 25810421-25810411 et sortir
celui-ci sur la gauche pour dégager
l’axe du cylindre moteur.

·

 

Bien introduire les tourillons 6 x 16
dans les pattes de la goulotte de
sortie 28870201. S’assurer que celle-
ci pivote librement.

6. Changement des cylindres
lamineurs 

(pages 29, 30 et 31) :

a) Basculer la trémie d’alimentation.

Démontage du cylindre lamineur
mobile 26890202 (page 31).

·

 

Démonter le racleur supérieur (voir
paragraphe 1 page 20).

·

 

Enlever les carters.

·

 

Côté commande (page 30), démonter
les vis TH M6 x 30 et enlever
l’entraîneur 26840401.

·

 

Côté pignon, enlever la courroie
suivant paragraphe 2, page 20).

·

 

Enlever l’obturateur plastique
26823601 qui se trouve à l’opposé
(page 29).

·

 

Pousser le cylindre de droite à
gauche afin de dégager l’excentrique
de droite.

·

 

Sortir ensuite le cylindre en biais de
gauche à droite.

5. Changing the case 

(page 31) :

·

 

Remove the guards and the rear
protective cover.

·

 

Compress the case as much as
possible and remove the flat notched
belt  (see page 20).

·

 

Remove the pulley 26840502 (page
29).

·

 

Open the case to match the heads of
pieces ref. 26811301 with the
openings in the shield.

·

 

First take out the 6 x16 pieces which
fasten the lower parts 25810421-
25810411 to the exit chute 28870201
; then undo the  upper axes L and R
26811301.
Clear the delivery surface.

·

 

While holding the case, take out
screws L and R 26811301 which
attach the case to the lower
connecting rod ref.. 20851201.

·

 

In order to reassemble these
components, repeat the above steps
in the opposite order. Avoid
introducing fastening  hooks
25810421 and 25810411 crosswise
on connecting rod 20851201.

·

 

Lift the case to pull out the fastening
hooks 25810421-25810411 and take
the case out on the left in order to
clear the axle of the cylinder motor.

·

 

Fully introduce the 6 x 16 cap screws
in the fastening hooks of the delivery
surface 28870201. Make sure that
the. delivery surface swivels freely.

6. Changing the rolling cylinders

(pages 29, 30 & 31) :
a) Disassemble the mobile roller

cylinder 26890202 (page 31).

·

 

Disassemble the upper scraping
blade (par 1, page 20).

·

 

Remove the guards.

·

 

On the control side (p. 30), take out
the bolts TH M6 x 30 and remove
the carrier 26840401.

·

 

On the pully side, remove the belt
(see paragr. 2, page 20.)

·

 

Remove the plastic obstructor
26823601 which is on the opposite
side.(page 29)

·

 

Push the cylinder from right to left in
oder to clear the right cam.

·

 

Then take out the cylinder sideways
from left to right.

5. Gehäusewechsel 

(Seite 31) :

Die Verkleidungen abnehmen.

Das Gehäuse feststellen und den
Zahnriemen abnehmen Seite 20.

Riemenscheibe (26840502)
abnehmen (Seite 29).

Das Gehäuse öffnen, um die Köpfe
der Teile 26811301 L u. R mit den
dazu vorgesehenen Öffnungen im
Flansch gegenüber zu stellen.

rechts entfernen, die das Gehäuse mit
der unteren Klaue 20851201
verbinden.

Das Gehäuse anheben und die
Flacheisen 25810421-25810411
aushaken, das Gehäuse nach links
herausnehmen, um die Achse der
Antriebswalze herausnehmen zu
können.

·

 

Die Schrauben 6 x 16 in die
Flacheisen der Aufnahmeplatte
28870201 einsetzen Überprüfen, ob
sich diese freibewegt.

6. Auswechseln der Walzen
