If you are unsure about anything, do not carry out operations on
the machine, but call in a skilled technician.

WARNING

Any repair work, maintenance or troubleshooting must be

carried out with machine stopped, mast and forks in rest

position or laid on the ground, parking brake engaged

and ignition key removed.

Fault:

There is no power to start

Cause:

The battery dis-connector is OFF

Solution:

Put the battery dis-connector in ON position

Fault:

The engine does not start

Cause:

Low fuel or emergency stop pressed

Solution:

Check   fuel   level   and   release   emergency   stop
button

Fault:

The engine starts but no power in dashboard

Cause:

The fuse of the steering column is blown

Solution:

Check this fuse in the (+) connector of the battery

Fault:

The engine starts but halts easily

Cause:

The fuel filter is dirty or engine is cold

Solution:

Check filter or wait until the engine is warm

Fault:

The forklift does not move with power

Cause:

Hydraulic filters dirty

Solution:

Change transmission and suction filters

Fault:

The 2

nd

 speed does not work

Cause:

Fuse blown or faulty relay

Solution:

Check fuse and relay in fuse box

Fault:

The 4WD lock does not work

Cause:

Fuse blown, faulty relay or 2

nd

 speed engaged

Solution:

Check fuse and relay in fuse box, and 2

nd

  speed

switch

Fault:

The temperature clocks don't work

Cause:

Very low temperature, faulty sensor or fuse blown

Solution:

Wait until warm machine, check fuse box

Fault:

The FWD/RWD shift does not work

Cause:

Switch faulty, fuse blown or faulty relay

Solution:

Check switch and fuse box

Fault:

The mast does not lift the load

Cause:

The load is too heavy, oil is too hot, oil level too
low

Solution:

Check load capacity, oil temp and oil level

Fault:

The forklift stops abruptly when N position

Cause:

The parking brake is engaged

Solution:

Put the parking brake switch to OFF

Fault:
