RACE mode
Display in RACE mode
In the RACE mode information
on each race lap is displayed and
saved. Operation is carried out
via the SET button on the han-
dlebar or via an infrared sensor
available as an optional accesso-
ry. The information can then be
displayed in the INFO mode with
the motorcycle stopped.
The LED strip acts as a shifting
flash in the RACE mode. The
engine speed threshold can be
set for each LED.
The display can be shown as
a LAP Monitor or as a SPEED
Monitor.
Displays of LAP Monitor:
expired time of current lap
fastest lap time
number of laps covered
expired race time
If a lap has been completed, the
measured time is frozen for an
adjustable time for improved
readability. Then the expired time
of the current lap is shown again.
Displays of SPEED Monitor:
top speed of current lap
lowest speed of current lap
number of laps covered
expired race time
The scope of the information
that can be displayed in the IN-
FO mode is independent of the
monitor selected. If the ROAD
mode is temporarily changed
over to during a race, all mea-
surements are continued in the
RACE mode.
The measurement of the race
time is automatically interrupted
while the motorcycle is stopped.
The measurement is continued
as soon as the motorcycle moves
again.
The measurement of the lap time
also continues to run when the
motorcycle is stopped.
If the ignition is switched off, the
measured values are retained.
The measurements are contin-
ued as soon as the ignition is
switched on again.
