that there are no flammable materials, gasoline or other flammable gases
or liquids in the area in which the device is being used.
• The device must never be used by children. Supervise young children near
the device.
• The device must not be installed or used in caravans or boats.

regulations. Contact your local fire department for information about
open fires.
• The same precautions should be taken when using the device as with an
open fire.
• Never burn solid fuels such as wood, coal briquettes, charcoal, logs,
driftwood, rubbish, leaves, paper, treated wood, etc. in this appliance.

bushes.

Only place the device outdoors on a hard, level, non-flammable surface
such as concrete, rock, or stone. Asphalt or black pavement may not be

• Never use the device if any part of the device has been under water.
Contact customer service or a qualified technician to have the device
inspected and to replace components, such as controls or gas regulators
that have been under water.
• Do not wear baggy clothing while using the device.
• Do not use the device when it is windy.
• Keep power cords away from the device.
• Certain parts of the device are very hot during and immediately after
use. Do not touch these surfaces until they have cooled down. Use heat-
resistant oven gloves or pot holders to avoid burns.
• Children and adults should be made aware of the dangers posed by the hot
surfaces of the device and keep a safe distance from the device at all times
to avoid burns and ignition of clothing.
• Do not hang or place clothing on or near the device.
• Protective devices that were removed when servicing the device must be
reinstalled before the device is operated.
• Do not move the device to another location until it has completely cooled
down.
