Before
servicing the
HD series 2 power rake
:
•
Lower the
HD series 2 power rake
and
place the
power rake on flat, level surface.
•
Engage parking brake, stop engine,
remove the key and exit the machine.
•
Disconnect attachment hydraulic hoses.

for
more

IMPORTANT
Fluid such as hydraulic fluid, coolants,
grease, etc. must be disposed of in an
environmentally
safe
manner.
Some
regulations require that certain spills and
leaks on the ground must be cleaned in a
specific manner. See local, state and federal
regulations for the correct disposal.
NOTE:
Clean off grease fittings before greasing.

Remove the plug on the rotor bearing and install
grease zerk (Item 1)
. Grease the fitting,
remove the grease zerk and re-install plug.
NOTE:
Blue Diamond recommends to remove the
grease zerks and re-installed plugs into
bearings to prevent damage to grease
zerks and bearings.

Remove the bottom cover (Item 1)
on
the chain case, grease the rotor bearing grease
zerk fitting.
