Task Procedures Illustrations
1. Position folding CoulterPro
frame on sturdy stands, about
35” high on hard level surface.
2. Install wing flex spacers (a)
(AM4735) on frame with (b)
(BP3041) 1/2” x 2” hex cap
screws and (c) (BP3244) 1/2”
hex lock nuts.
NOTE: Wing flex spacers in the
out
position.
Wing can float
2 degrees down 3 1/4” below
level to above leve for a range
of approximately 35” (30 ft.
tool bar)
This spacer position should
be used for mechanical or
hydraulic wing lockdown.
Wing flex spacers positioned
in the inside position. Wings
can float from 7-1/2” below
level to 13-1/2” above level for
a range of approximately 44”.
