CONTROL DESCRIPTION
1. DISPLAY - displays information related to oven func-
tion and/or programming.
2. CORE PROBE CONNECTION - plug core tempera-
ture probe in here when using probe cooking
3. USB Port and COVER - Use to transfer recipes and
data to/from the control
4. HEAT CUTOFF - used to turn gas on or off (HV-100G
only)
5. CIRCUIT BREAKER - Used to turn power to the unit
on or off.
