6.3 Emergency
shutdown
In case of emergency or abnormal operation, such as vibrations or
unusual noises, immediately shut down the machine by hitting the
red E-Stop Button (4).
6.4 Safety
shutdown
The machine has to be into its
“Maintenance Mode”
before
starting repair work. See Chapter 2.6.
Before carrying out some inspection or maintenance work make
sure that all turning machine parts are stopped. Observe the
"Maintenance Mode” condition, chapter 2.6.
Read and understand the entire Blastrac Operating Instructions and Honda
Engine Manual before operating or servicing this machine. Do not depend on
individual chapters for all safety and operating procedures.
6.5 Restarting after a fault
Be sure you fully understand what caused the equipment problem before
restarting. If repairs or adjustments have been made to the machine, check the
machine thoroughly to make sure all devices are working correctly.
Always verify that the E-Stop is working correctly prior working with the machine.
