While you’re reviewing your SkyTalk voice messages on the telephone, you have
several options. The following diagram outlines those options.
1. Dial your toll-free Personal Access Number,

Dial 1-800-SKYTEL-2 (1-800-759-8352), enter your SkyTel Pager Number,
then press .

The Mailbox Menu
The Mailbox Menu is your shortcut to all of the IVR features you’ll need for your
SkyTel account. From here, you’ll be able to review the messages sent to you, as
well as set up and change your subscriber preferences.
The Mailbox Menu is only available to SkyTel subscribers - you will be required to
enter your Subscriber Security Code to reach it.
