Frequently asked questions — Resetting the handheld

Installation and Getting Started Guide

normal operation. The reset hole is located in the information label on the back of
your handheld.

If you reset your handheld, messages and other information stored on your
handheld will not be lost. If you were in the process of composing a message,
however, the message will be lost.

If you reset your handheld, you will not lose your connection to your desktop.
After you reset your handheld, synchronize with the desktop software to restore
information to your handheld.
